Indyspot Inc. ("we", "us") operates Weekly K-Pop (weeklykpop.com, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we process and how. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Why we process your information
- To create your account, verify you, and let you sign in (with an ID and password, or with social sign-in)
- To provide member features such as boards, comments and My Page
- To send e-mails needed to run the Service, such as password recovery and notices
- To prevent abuse and handle disputes
- To measure traffic and show ads (see section 7)
2. What we collect

The access token we receive from a social sign-in provider is used once to read the items above and is not stored. We do not request your profile photo, friends list, posts or any other information.
3. How long we keep it
- Your member information is deleted without delay when you withdraw from the Service.
- Posts and comments you wrote are not deleted when you withdraw. Delete them yourself before withdrawing, or ask us using the contact below.
- Where a law requires us to keep certain records, we keep them for the period that law sets (for example, access logs for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act).
4. How we delete it
When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or requested by investigative authorities under procedures set by law.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies to keep you signed in and for similar purposes. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies to collect information about your visits.

8. International transfers
The companies below run servers outside Korea, so information may be transferred abroad over the network while you use the Service. If you do not want this, you can refuse cookies (Google) or stop using the Service.

10. Security
- Passwords are stored with one-way hashing and cannot be decrypted.
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Database access is limited to what the Service needs.
- Social sign-in requests are protected against forgery (state, PKCE and similar checks).
11. Children
Children under 14 may not create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
12. Use of data from sign-in providers
Information we receive from Google, X, Discord or Facebook (section 2) is used only to create your account and sign you in. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
13. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services to show and play music videos. We do not access your YouTube account. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

15. Remedies

We will announce changes on the Service's notice board at least 10 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).

(주)인디스팟(이하 「회사」)는 위클리 케이팝(weeklykpop.com, 이하 「서비스」)를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리 목적

소셜 로그인에서 받은 액세스 토큰은 위 항목을 읽는 데 한 번만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다. 프로필 사진, 친구 목록, 게시물 등 그 밖의 정보는 요청하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 회원이 작성한 게시물과 댓글은 탈퇴 후에도 삭제되지 않습니다. 삭제를 원하면 탈퇴 전에 직접 삭제하거나 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 의무가 있는 경우에는 그 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다(예: 「통신비밀보호법」에 따른 접속 기록 3개월).
4. 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 끝났거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
5. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다.

7. 쿠키, 방문 분석 및 광고
서비스는 로그인 유지 등을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 또한 방문 통계를 위해 Google Analytics를, 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdSense를 사용합니다. Google은 쿠키를 통해 이용자의 방문 기록 등 행태정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

8. 국외 이전

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호는 복호화할 수 없는 일방향 방식으로 저장합니다.
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 데이터베이스 접근 권한을 서비스에 필요한 최소한으로 제한합니다.
- 소셜 로그인 처리 시 위조 요청을 막기 위한 검증(state, PKCE 등)을 적용합니다.
11. 아동의 개인정보
만 14세 미만 아동은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
12. 소셜 로그인 제공자 데이터의 이용
Google·X·Discord·Facebook에서 받은 정보(2항)는 회원 가입과 로그인에만 사용합니다. 광고에 사용하거나 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. Google 사용자 데이터의 이용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.
13. YouTube API 서비스
서비스는 뮤직비디오 정보와 재생을 위해 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 서비스는 이용자의 YouTube 계정에 접근하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
