If the English and Korean versions of these Terms differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. About these Terms

These Terms set out the conditions for using Weekly K-Pop (weeklykpop.com, the "Service"), operated by Indyspot Inc. ("we", "us"), and the rights and duties of you and us.

2. The Service

The Service provides weekly music charts, music video playback (YouTube player), boards and comments, and member features free of charge. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service when needed and will announce important changes in advance on the notice board.

3. Accounts

1. You can sign up with an ID and password, or with a Google, X, Discord or Facebook account.
2. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
3. Provide accurate information and keep your account and password secure. Do not sign up using someone else's information.
4. When you use social sign-in, that provider's terms also apply. We receive only the items listed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

1. You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to display it on the Service and to use it as needed to operate the Service.
2. You are responsible for what you post.
3. We may remove or hide content that breaks the law or these Terms, or that infringes the rights of others, without prior notice.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using someone else's information, or sharing or selling accounts
• Obscene, violent or hateful content, defamation, or infringing copyright or other rights
• Ads or spam, mass access with automated tools, or attempts to manipulate the charts
• Disrupting the Service or trying to bypass its security
• Anything else that breaks the law

6. Third-party services and content

Music videos are played with the YouTube player, and the YouTube Terms of Service apply when you watch them. Song titles, artist names, images and similar content shown in the charts belong to their respective owners. The Service shows Google AdSense ads.

7. Withdrawal and restrictions

1. You can withdraw at any time from My Page. Your member information is then deleted without delay; your posts are not deleted.
2. If you break section 5, we may warn you, remove your content, suspend your account, or close it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

1. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that charts, videos or other information are accurate, or that the Service will be available without interruption.
2. We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, outages of third-party services such as YouTube, or your own fault, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will announce changes and their effective date on the notice board at least 10 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). If you do not object by the day before the effective date, you are deemed to agree. If you do not agree, you may withdraw.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 (주)인디스팟(이하 「회사」)가 운영하는 위클리 케이팝(weeklykpop.com, 이하 「서비스」)의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

서비스는 주간 음악 차트, 뮤직비디오 감상(YouTube 플레이어), 게시판과 댓글, 회원 기능을 무료로 제공합니다. 회사는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 공지사항으로 미리 알립니다.

제3조 (회원 가입과 계정)

1. 이용자는 아이디·비밀번호로 가입하거나 Google·X·Discord·Facebook 계정으로 가입할 수 있습니다.
2. 만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다.
3. 회원은 정확한 정보를 입력해야 하며, 자신의 계정과 비밀번호를 스스로 관리해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 정보를 도용해 가입해서는 안 됩니다.
4. 소셜 로그인을 이용하면 해당 서비스의 약관도 함께 적용됩니다. 회사가 받는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 적힌 항목뿐입니다.

제4조 (게시물)

1. 회원이 작성한 게시물의 권리는 작성자에게 있습니다. 회원은 회사가 서비스 안에서 그 게시물을 표시하고 운영에 필요한 범위에서 이용하는 것을 허락합니다.
2. 게시물에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다.
3. 회사는 법령이나 이 약관을 위반한 게시물, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 게시물을 사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 노출을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (금지 행위)

• 타인의 정보 도용, 계정 공유·판매
• 음란·폭력적이거나 혐오를 조장하는 내용, 명예훼손, 저작권 등 타인의 권리 침해
• 광고·스팸 게시, 자동화 도구를 이용한 대량 접속이나 차트 조작 시도
• 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 우회하려는 행위
• 그 밖에 법령에 위반되는 행위

제6조 (외부 서비스와 콘텐츠)

뮤직비디오는 YouTube 플레이어로 재생되며, 이용 시 YouTube 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. 차트에 표시되는 곡명·아티스트명·이미지 등의 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스에는 Google AdSense 광고가 게재됩니다.

제7조 (탈퇴와 이용 제한)

1. 회원은 언제든지 마이페이지에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 회원 정보는 지체 없이 삭제되며, 게시물은 삭제되지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 회원이 제5조를 위반하면 경고, 게시물 삭제, 일시 정지, 강제 탈퇴 등으로 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

1. 서비스는 무료로 「있는 그대로」 제공됩니다. 회사는 차트·영상 등 정보의 정확성이나 서비스의 중단 없는 제공을 보증하지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 천재지변, 외부 서비스(YouTube 등)의 장애, 이용자의 귀책 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 예외로 합니다.

제9조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 약관을 변경할 때 변경 내용과 시행일을 시행 10일 전부터(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터) 공지사항으로 알립니다. 회원이 시행일 전날까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않으면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 회원은 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
